Attorney Glenn Harwood

Attorney Glenn Harwood has spent nearly 30 years in service to the American people. As a member of the armed forces, Glenn served our country as a Lieutenant Colonel in the United States Army. He began his service as an infantry platoon leader and battalion logistics officer. During his 22 years of service, Glenn deployed to combat in Iraq and Afghanistan three times and was awarded various medals, including a Bronze Star Medal and the Legion of Merit. After retiring from the United States Army, Glenn continued his service to his country as a federal prosecutor with the United States Department of Justice. While serving as an Assistant United States Attorney in the Midland/Odessa area, he handled various cases, including drug and firearm offenses, white-collar fraud, and violations of the Federal Tax Code.

Now in private practice, Glenn manages the Midland office of the Keith & Lorfing Law Firm, where he serves as of “Of Counsel” in a senior advisory role. Glenn also handles his own docket of cases, specializing in federal criminal defense and high-profile state cases. His faith as a Christian is at the center of every case he handles and he strives daily to lead by example. In defending those accused of a crime, he knows that he is also defending the constitution of the United States and the rights of the marginalized.

Glenn has handled hundreds of cases and tried dozens of them as lead counsel in complex jury trials. More importantly, he spent years fostering a professional relationship with federal and local law enforcement during his tenure as an Assistant United States. As a prosecutor, he earned a reputation for being tough but fair and has continued his “West Texas Tough” representation in defending is clients.
